Silver Cloud

Bright sunlight

Cloud and sunlight

Slate grey water sparkles bright

Silver sunlight

Shines through grey cloud

Full of snow

Topped with blue and white

Having grown up in 3 Northamptonshire villages, I naturally enjoy walking in the countryside. I love to observe the changing behaviours of local people and wildlife as the seasons change. Ive also noticed how the winds seem to gather and rush through at varying times during the year and how this changes the whole ambience of the scene. Winds to me are like a portent, of something old passing and something new coming in. Thats true of the inner life and landscape as well as the outer. I am a firm believer that God is wrapped up in our humanity and has demonstrated his nature through Jesus. Birth,Joy, Suffering, Death are all seasons of the soul and its important to gain an eternal perspective of these.
